I highly recommend Secondary Storage. I found myself in a situation where I had a Uhaul full of furniture and the storage facility I had initially rented was not going to work. I called Secondary Storage in a panic and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. In less than an hour, I was all set up in on of their units and we were able to return the Uhaul truck on time with no additional fees.
They have increased their monthly rental fee twice in 4 months. Yet their establishment is vermin infested. More than 40% off my belongings have been ruined my rodent excrement and water seepage. I have told them twice over the past year that there are mice all throughout the unit. They have acted concerned, said they would take care of it, yet they have done nothing. A substantial amount of my property has been damaged beyond salvaging, yet they refuse to compensate me, even to the extent of refusing to offer me a dumpster to dispose of the items that are damaged. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nor do I wish someone to pay $127 per month just to have field mice infest the unit, and rain seepage to destroy property one's property at ground level. They want the money one pays, yet have no interest to protect anyone's investments. Shame on them, and shame on me for the money I've expended to allow them the opportunity to destroy my property.
Great experience overall as a customer. Reasonable rates but more importantly the customer service is outstanding. Extremely helpful for all sorts of situations and circumstances. I STRONGLY recommend Secondary Storage of South Park.
